RETURN POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

Non-Perishable Goods
• Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. After that 14-day period, we will not be held liable for any damages/defects discovered.
• No returns are accepted on final sale, closeouts & special-order items.

Perishable Goods
• At the time of delivery, “Expiry Date” of goods must be examined by the customer to decide whether they are satisfied with said date. We will not be held liable for any expired goods after purchase
• Damages can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. After that 14-day period, we will not be held liable for any damages/defects discovered.

Appliances and Electrical Items
• Customers will be given the manufacturer’s warranty from the date of your original purchase. The manufacturer warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty. We offer extended warranties on most electrical items. Please ask your sales representative for a listing of these warranties.

No Return Policy
Some items we offer are sold with a No Return Policy. These items include but are not limited to, products where returns are restricted due to health, sanitation, and safety guidelines as well as items that are worn, inserted, or used for health purposes.
These also include:
• Special or Custom Order items
• Health/Safety Items
• Inflatables

All returns without damages must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal. We reserve the right to charge up to a 35% restocking fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

How to claim for Returns/Damages
1. Fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request form which can be accessed below.
To complete this form, you will need the following information:
• Customer Name/Details
• Telephone Contact
• Invoice number
• Date of Purchase
• Item Numbers
• Quantity
• Reason for Return

2. Email your completed form to us via returns@nwtenterprises.com for further approval. You can also fax (663-9676) or email/contact your sales representative.

3. Once approved, one of our representatives will contact you confirming your request and schedule a date for collection of the return(s).
