Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
A. Yes, our showroom is located at #1 Global Avenue, Aranguez South. It showcases all our available products. While not open to the general public, we welcome walk-in visitors.
Q. How can I view prices and place orders on your website?
A. Access to our online portal for viewing pricing and placing orders is initially restricted. It becomes available after you have established a sales history with a minimum of 5 recurring purchases. Existing customers should log in using the email associated with our communications and their customer ID (found on any previous invoice). Q. What are the qualifications for opening an account with you?
A. We sell wholesale to businesses such as retail stores, distributors, resellers etc. If your business fits these categories, you are welcome to sign up for an account. Please note that we do not approve retail sales applications.
Q. Can I purchase items for personal use?

Q. Is there a minimum number of items I must buy?
A. Items are sold in full case packs or smaller inner case packs when available. We do not break cases. For specific minimum order quantities, please contact us.
Q. What is the minimum order requirement?
A. Our minimum order value is $1,500.00.
Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. Yes, we provide free delivery nationwide, subject to a minimum order of $1,500.00.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Delivery typically takes between 1-3 business days, depending on the season. During peak periods, please allow for possible delays as we strive to ensure timely delivery.
Q. Are prices VAT inclusive?
A. Prices are VAT exclusive. An additional 12.5% VAT will be calculated and added to your order total in your cart upon the check out process.
Q. What should I do if there are shortages or damages in my order?
A. Please complete an RMA form and email it to
returns@nwtenterprises.com. This form is available under the "Forms" or "Return Policy" tabs on our website. Each item may have different return policies, so please refer to our "Return Policy" tab or contact us for further details.

A. We accept cash, LINX, all major credit cards, ACH bank wire transfers, and company checks. Credit card payments can also be made online.
